Lay Counselling Skills:

The focus is to upskill and enhance the counselling skills focusing on the specific mental health problems clients present with. Book for the block of 4 workshops:

• Relationship difficulties – 21st February
• Grief and Loss – 28th February
• Stress and Anxiety – 7th March
• Identity & Self-worth – 14th March

Online by the means of Zoom. You will need to make use of a camera and microphone and have access to a stable internet connection.

Time: 18h00 to 20h00

Cost: R1800 for the 4 workshops: R500 per individual workshop
