Play Therapy is a counselling approach where games, toys and mediums such as clay, drawings and paint are used to help a child or adolescent to express their emotions, thoughts, wishes and needs. Play therapy helps children and adolescents to understand mixed feelings and work through traumatic events that they are unable to express and deal with easily.
